After much anticipation, season three of HBO’s hugely popular TV show The White Lotus – which follows guests staying at a luxury hotel, a different location with each season – is available to watch from today (Monday 17 February) on Sky and NOW, and this time it’s set on the Thailand island of Koh Samui. And for fans of the show – and those keen to take part in the ‘set-jetting’ travel trend – we’ve found an exact filming location that you can actually stay at via Airbnb.
While the luxury hotel used to represent The White Lotus is the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, we’ve found an Airbnb accommodation that also features in this season – and it’s still available to book.

Airbnb has revealed that its luxurious Samujana Twenty-Seven four-bedroom villa was used in this latest series of The White Lotus. This huge, modernist property can sleep eight people and features a private terrace, billiards room and fitness suite, making for a spectacular holiday for you and up to seven guests.
Surrounded by greenery, it offers a peaceful escape yet still lets you enjoy some of Koh Samui’s beautiful beaches; it’s an 18-minute walk to Choeng Mon Beach.
About this self-catering villa, guests are saying that “it was the best accommodation, I’ll definitely come back”, and praising its “excellent view”.
If this property is fully booked when you want to visit or isn’t quite right for you, Airbnb has lots of other excellent options on Koh Samui. We also love this colourful and quirky three-bedroom bungalow, while this four-bedroom villa is just a four-minute walk to the beach.
TV lovers can now get Sky TV, Netflix and Discovery+ for £15 per month with the new Essential TV bundle.
This delivers live and on-demand TV without a satellite dish or aerial and includes hit shows like The Day of the Jackal and the upcoming second season of Squid Game.
If you prefer to stay in a hotel on holiday instead, we predict it might be tricky to book in at the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui since it was revealed as the ‘White Lotus’ hotel. Luckily, we’ve found some alternatives – all around the world – that are worth considering instead.
Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas are located on the neighbouring Thailand island of Koh Phangan and feature a secluded setting, stunning views and a swim-up bar. Rooms start from £236 per night via Hotels.com.
Across the globe, near Cancun in Mexico, there’s the Banyan Tree Mayakoba five-star hotel, with luxurious pools, numerous bars and restaurants, and a dreamy spa, starting from £588 per night.
A little closer to home, the METT Hotel & Beach Resort in Bodrum, Turkey, also gets our vote, with Bodrum becoming an increasingly popular destination amongst UK travellers. Rooms start from £250 per night.
