‘I spent £150K to look cheap and tacky – religious people judge me but my husband loves it’

A woman who has spent £150,000 on perfecting her “cheap and tacky” look, is on a mission to get the biggest breast implants in the UK.

Ayla, from Isle of Skye in Scotland, says people in her religious hometown don’t accept her and she is subject to judgemental stares in the street. While appearing on YouTube’s Truly TV, Ayla said: “The people in Skye are super religious, no one wears makeup, no plastic surgery, no local support because of the way I looked.”

The trans woman’s transition started when she was 24 and since then she’s had multiple cosmetic surgeries and procedures. She recently underwent her third feminisation surgery, which included: forehead reconstruction, eye bone shave, nose job, two jaw shaves, lip lift, chin shave, Adam’s apple shaved down, veneers, six boob jobs and sex reassignment surgery.

The adult content creator and viral woman, who boasts 13,000 Instagram followers, claims to travels to the US once a month to get her breasts enlarged and she is aiming to get them to size 3000cc. Ayla says her goal is to be known for having the biggest breasts in the UK – and the married woman admits her ‘sponsors’ and ‘sugar daddies’ will help pay for it.

Ayla, who describes herself as ‘the doll’, admitted on Truly TV that she has had a dangerous situation with her implants. “I thought the whole was just going to pop open, and one day it did.” Ayla admits she knows that her goal of getting bigger boobs is “crazy” but she still plans on going for it.

The blonde beauty said: “I would describe my look as cheap, tacky, in your face, and I love it.” She admits that she buys children’s tops and small adult sizes to show off her ample pair. Despite people judging her, Ayla said her husband David, whom she met of Instagram, supports her all the way.

Ayla also owns her own café and is not afraid to show up to work in a crop top. She says some of the customers ask her ‘when is it going to end?’ But she does not plan on stopping until she is “perfect”.

“I am never more excited than when I am on that table,” she added. “You can’t put a price on perfection,” the big spender said.
