We spend about a third of our lives asleep, yet some of us don’t give it the attention it deserves. Sleep isn’t just about rest—it plays a crucial role in our mental and physical well-being, affecting everything from mood and concentration to skin health.
With World Sleep Day fast approaching on March 14, OK! has launched an exclusive beauty box for sleep wellness, designed to help us drift off peacefully and wake up refreshed. The curated £60 bundle includes nine full-size items worth more than £245, from satin pillowcases to luxurious pillow mists, all aimed at creating a bedtime routine that promotes deep relaxation.
As someone who generally sleeps well but tends to toss and turn during stressful periods, I was eager to put this box to the test. My night-time ritual already includes a rich face cream, lavender-infused body lotion and earplugs, so I couldn’t wait to see if this curated selection of products would help me achieve even sweeter dreams.

As soon as I opened the box, I was impressed. The products aren’t just high-quality — they feel curated with care, offering a mix of indulgence and practicality. A hand-poured candle with a soothing scent, soft satin pillowcases, two sleep mists, and more immediately set the tone for a luxurious sleep experience.
One of the best things about this box is that the products can be instantly incorporated into your routine. Unlike some beauty boxes where you might struggle to find ways to use everything immediately, these seamlessly slot into a nighttime ritual.
The first night I used it, I popped the satin pillowcases straight onto my bed before running a bath with the Aromatherapy Associates Bath & Shower Oil. After drying off, I applied the pulse point roller, massaged in the overnight mask and lit the Purscents candle for an hour or two as I read.
Before sleep, I sprayed the NEOM Pillow Mist and placed the silk eye mask over my face. A second single-use warming eye mask is included, but it proved to be a proper treat — I think I had already fallen asleep before the heat dissipated.
What really stood out was the thoughtfulness behind the brands included. Instead of filling the box with big-name beauty labels, OK! has also spotlighted independent, mission-driven brands that align with the sleep wellness theme. For instance, the Sweet Dreams candle comes from Purscents, a female-founded, London-based brand that launched during the pandemic.
Meanwhile, the satin pillowcases are from So Eco, a sustainable beauty brand known for its vegan-friendly and cruelty-free approach, while the pulse point roller hails from Grüum, which focuses on natural ingredients and plastic-free products. These small but meaningful details make the box feel extra special.
It’s also excellent value — the box is worth over £245 yet costs £60, which is a £185 saving. In fact, the included Avant Skincare Moisture Surge Overnight Treatment is worth £85, meaning you’re essentially getting the rest of the bundle for free. Many beauty boxes contain a mix of full and sample sizes, but this one stands out by offering nine full-sized products, making it feel all the more generous.
Really, I don’t have many negatives. My only gripe is that two sleep mists are included, and although they’re both lovely, I would have preferred something else — perhaps a silk hair scrunchie — that adds to the ritual of winding down rather than doubling up on an already-included item. Plus, the single-use eye mask seems a bit wasteful when the rest of the box has such a focus on sustainability.
Overall, the OK! Sleep Better Box is a dreamy treat for anyone looking to enhance their sleep routine. It’s a beautifully curated selection of soothing, wellness-focused products, and I love that it highlights smaller brands with a real focus on sustainability and self-care. It’s a winner in my (well-rested) eyes. You can shop it here for £60.
For more beauty boxes, Face The Future is offering a free limited-edition bundle worth £195 for anyone who spends £250. Inside are eight skincare and haircare treats from brands like OSKIA and La Roche-Posay, not to mention a full-sized Medik8 serum.
Otherwise, M&S’s £30 Beauty Wellness Box contains 10 products with a combined value of over £100, which work out at £3 each. Inside, shoppers will find a range of wellness classics and new launches, including luxuriously rich creams, a restorative hair treatment, a self-care beauty tool, a calming candle, a restful fragrance, and more.
